Pricing for Corporate Teams

Individual headshot sessions are $350 and include three retouched headshots. For two to five people, it’s $300/person. For teams of six to nine people, headshots are $250/person. For teams of ten or more, headshots are $150/person. High volume headshots are also available for $300/hr, with each person receiving one photographer-selected un-retouched photo. This “photo booth” option works great for conferences or conventions. Retouching can be added to the high volume package for $500.

What to Expect

Sessions are efficient by design. Individual team members typically spend 10–15 minutes in front of the camera — enough time to capture a variety of expressions and angles without disrupting their day. Everyone receives an online proof gallery to select their final images, with retouched finals delivered within 48 hours of selection.

We work with your HR or marketing coordinator to schedule the session around your team’s calendar, handle all setup and breakdown, and make sure the experience is seamless from start to finish.
